In 1991 on this day the BOFORS CHOR was eliminated from India's dirty politics. PARTITIONED INDIA finally said "Good bye" to the BANDIT'S DYNASTY.
In 2002 on this day, a popular Kashmiri leader was assassinated in the GUN CULTURE of Srinagar.
What effect will this have on the situation, already tense to the extreme with about one million armed forces personnel at the borders, remains to be seen.
IT WON'T BE GOOD FOR PARTITIONED INDIA which FAILED to integrate South Kashmir by retaining Article 370 in its Constitution and the White Elephant of the BOFORS CHOR on top.
Kashmir could have been a TOURISTS' PARADISE but it is everybody's HELL today- thanks to the rotten local "genius".

.............Assassination of Abdul Ghani Lone
I was saddened and angered to hear this morning that Abdul Ghani Lone, a Kashmiri political leader, was assassinated today in Srinagar. We have not seen any claim of responsibility for the murder, but this is a direct attack on hopes for a fair political process in Kashmir. His killers are clearly among those who oppose a peaceful political resolution there. This was a terrorist act designed to undermine the hopes of the Kashmiri people for free and fair elections without violence.
The United States condemns this crime in the strongest possible way. Mr.Lone sought to achieve his goals through peaceful, democratic means and courageously stood up to extremists. We extend our condolences to Mr. Lone's family and to the Kashmiri people.
