Where the governments are useless, eunuch or under a Musalman, the NRI's start giving advice without realising that there is NO government in the right place.
That was the fate of DUAL NATIONALITY. The Government was INCAPABLE of granting this petty concession to the miserable Indians living abroad. So every time a high commissioner here and an ambassador there was approached on the subject, he or she would ask the NRI's concerned to prepare a case for the grant of dual nationality.
The miserable NRI's, thus charged, went round in circles trying to prepare a CONVINCING case in favour of the concession. After several months, they would finally present the case to the Indian "COOLIE" diplomat in person, only to be told to wait since the "time was not right yet". Then that generation of NRI's died and the next generation was asked by the likes of LM Singhvi, to prepare the case for the grant of dual nationality. The "bastards & bitches" of Indians going about as "Excellencies", would always pose the question at the NRI, "Why do you think you should get dual nationality?"
The timid third class NRI could never muster guts to counter by asking the "nigger" of an Indian top diplomat, "Why the Hell do YOU think we should NOT have it?"
The miserable Indian NRI still does not have his dual nationality.
Now take the case of KASHMIR. Here again the loathsome "lazy bum of an Indian Government" is useless and unfit to do anything.
Unsuspecting NRI's who think there is a government in New Delhi are working overtime, burning midnight oil, offering valuable advice and comments to the useless, damn useless, Government of India.
When such letters arrive at the ministers' desks, they are such an embarrassment.
The useless, damn useless fellow, now feels he has to act. Yes, he thinks he has to act. So he gets up and throws the learned suggestion in the litter bin. That is his "effort of the day". The Indian "COOLIE" of a diplomat in his high chair has earned his salary.

Subject: Appeal to Indian Policy Makers regarding J&K Policy
Dear Honorable Shri Agnihotri Ji:
You have already been introduced to the effort by the CIFJKINDIA team by one of our active frontier team members.
Even as discussions on devolution of power to J&K are in progress by GoI's representative, we feel very strongly that under Article 370, J&K State Government already has a very significant level of authority in the region. This has done enough damage, and has led to secessionist tendency and has helped terrorism. The question of giving larger power to J&K State becomes relevant only if it can be demonstrated that peace, prosperity and security to the people of the region needs that. Just the opposite of devolution of larger powers is the need of the hour to ensure development of the entire state. Toward that, Abrogation of Article 370 concurrent with suitable changes in J&K Constitution to bring the State's laws on par with those in other states in India is what is required.
J&K is a national heritage, and it is a legal, constitutional integral part of India. The entire country has stakes in it and has invested by way of funds/taxes, and human life in protecting it for over half a century against jihadi terrorism. Having an Indian State bordering with Pakistan which has continued interests in J&K is possible only if the State of J&K is firmly and comprehensively integrated in India; lessening the role of Rest-of-India in the governance of J&K would only make the region an easier target for Pakistan.
Accordingly, we appeal to the Government of India through your good office to kindly initiate steps to secure Abrogation of Article 370 along with suitable changes in J&K Constitution. An essential mechanism to achieve this isjihadie the powers of the President as provided for in the Article 370 itself, and make the reference to J&K's Constituent Assembly redundant on the ground that the said body has ceased to exist since 1957. Political will in India can be generated to achieve this by demanding that those who oppose comprehensive consolidation of integration of J&K in the Indian Union should explain if and how Artilce 370 helps peace, prosperity, security, economy, anything of anybody in the country - including the Kashmiri Muslims. Each State in India has its own unique culture and does not require Article 370 type of provision, so the double-talk of Kashmiriat cannot be used to defend the continuation of Article 370.
We urge that the Abdullahs be challenged to comprehensively consolidate the integration of J&K in India. Considering that governance through smaller states is more effective, it may be better to chalk out smaller states out of J&K; but the flaws in trifurcation/quadrification schemes under present consideration need to be removed and the following quadrification scheme may be considered:
1) State of Takshashila - made up from the Gilgit-Baltistan region occupied by Pakistan. The present provision of having 25 Legislative Seats of J&K Assembly can be used to constitute a 20-Member Legislative Assembly of the State of Takshashila. These 20 members can be drawn from descendents of people of that region, and may include political leaders in PoK who have expressed severe grievances against Pakistan's governance, details of which are compiled at the URL
Naming this region as an Indian State to be recovered from Pakistan will be in full accord with the unanimous Resolution of the Indian Parliament dated Feb.22, 1994 http://www.cifjkindia.org/main/legal_docs_006.html
2) The State of Jammu - to include the Mirpur-Poonch Dsitrict's region which Pakistan calls as 'Azad Kashmir'. The remaining 5 Assembly seats reserved in J&K Assembly for PoK can be alloted to this region within the State of Jammu.

Honorable Ambassador Sir, we urge you to kindly discuss the proposal regarding Abrogation of Article 370 with the Indian Policy Makers and explain to them on our behalf why we believe that such a step is possible now. Furthermore, we urge you to discuss the quadrification scheme discussed above with the Government of India.
