You have asked a weired question over here! You should not have asked this question.
1. There is no Haj subsidy in any Islamic nation. So the question doesn't arise that Muslims are giving the Hajj subsidy to themselves.
2. Hindus are the majority in India and so the government is run by the Hindus and only Hindus can be so generous as to give Hajj subsidy.
3. As I always in the firm conviction that Hindus are thick headed baffoons and so they give away money to the would be terrorists!!
4. Why do you think there are bomb blasts in Indian states and thousands of innocent Hindus killed? If the Indian Muslims sincerely want to stop this, they very well can. What sayest thou? Can't they? But NO. When have they taken any procession against it? I don't want to explain in detail over here for lack of time. When someone says something against Islam they go and kill a few Hindus and satisfy themselves and when it comes to innocent Hindus massacred by the Muslim brethren they rejoice secretly. If it is not true, they should have been processions by the muslims against it. So I firmly declare that all Muslims are one!!
5. Do you know how the Hajj and the madrasas funded by the thick headed Hindus? With the money which is taken from the Hindu temples where the Hindus worship idols. When they take idol worshippers temple money and go to Hajj, it doesn't bother the muslims, but when Hindus worship their Gods, it bothers the Muslims!! Isn't this weired?
6. Should I blame the Muslims over here when they easily massacre the Hindu pilgrims all over India when the Hindus give their temple money to them to be the prospetive terrorists in the terror dens (madrasas) or go for Hajj?
I have a lot to say on Hindus but I shut my mouth and who knows when Hindus will use their brains?
If the Hindus are smart, they would stop each and every madrasa in PARTITIONED India and ask the Muslims to attend other schools. Indian muslims are first Hindus and then muslims.
