.....It's the Sikhs who maintain mosque, temple here
Kadham (Patiala), Jan 11 (ANI): Harmony beyond barriers of religion and caste has been an integral aspect of Sikhism. In village Kadham, in south Punjab, where the mosques or temples are by no means restricted to only one religious group. In fact they are maintained and looked after by the Sikhs.
Village Kadham, located near Patiala, stands out for though is its respect for religious and communal diversity, embracing all religions at once, wholeheartedly.
This is a temple devoted to Kaushalya, the mother Lord Rama. Yet the shrine has been excavated and renovated, and its original glory and piousness kept alive by a group of Sikhs of the village.
For the largely Sikh population of Kadham, what matters is that the shrine belongs to humanity, whether Hindu or Muslim or anyone else. It deserves the same respect and regard with which it was built, and they will give it just that.

Similarly, reiterating and underlining the spirit of communal harmony that the people of Kadham hold so dear is this shrine, the Kadham mosque. This shrine symbolises and lies at the basis of so much of the feeling of communal harmony and love that Kadham stands for today.

The mosque, it is believed cures people with mental illness who come here, with the calm it offers. What it has taught the locals is more than preaching the volumes ever could. Ramesh Manak says, "All barriers, we say, are only man-made. In essence we are all the same. There is no distinction at all between Hindus and Sikhs. Even the Muslims who come here do not call themselves different from the rest.
Even in times of the worst communal strife in the country, at times like the partition of the country, the village has stood out an island of peace and love. (IT WAS DUE TO ITS SIKH MAJORITY! LOOK AT THE FATE OF EVERY VILLAGE IN WEST PUNJAB WHERE THE MUSLIMS WERE IN MAJORITY.)
Despite (sic)** a distinct tilt to the population toward the Sikhs, every religion walks tall - loved and respected among the people here. (ANI)

This is how the ignorant people of "REST OF INDIA" (that is, India after partition) are brainwashed and made ready for the next surrender.
Please tell this story to the writer of the Koran, the eternal guiding light (or "Field Marshal") of all the Muslims, as well as to the writer of the Constitution of Lahore, and DEMAND to know as to what HE thinks of the Sikhs and their Nankana Sahib, now under the flag of Arabia, where no Sikh can breathe secular air.
If the Sikhs do not relate to that Janmasthan, or their dignity, or even to their survival on their own patch, nor to the HALF A MILLION Sikhs massacred in 1947, then it is their business. They have been wiped out on more than half of their own patch (Lahore to Khyber, Rawalpindi to Multan).
The story under subject line above, pertains to a village in EAST Punjab where the Sikhs form a majority.
Let us also occasionally get stories from WEST Punjab, NORTH Kashmir and EAST Bengal about the MUSLIMS looking after a Hindu temple or a Sikh gurdwara. Dear Hindus, DEMAND to know.
This kind of statement, "the Sikhs are looking after the mosque", only shows the calibre of the Sikhs, who have yet to erect a suitable memorial to the memory of NINETY Sikh women who jumped into a well in Rawalpindi to save their honour from the Muslims.
Dear Hindus, DEMAND to know how tall the Hindu is walking in EAST Bengal and how tall the Sikh is standing in WEST Punjab now.
These "bhole bhaale" (simpleton) Sikhs are following in the footsteps of Guru Nanak. So, LOOK at the status of Guru Nanak Dev's janmasthan. They are following in the footsteps of Maharaja Ranjit Singh who, to PROVE his secularism, used to donate twenty rupees to a mosque if he donated five rupees to a gurdwara or a mandir. Please do not hesitate to LOOK at the status of his janmasthan Gujranwala, and the seat of his power (throne) LAHORE. Both are in intellectual, spiritual, political, economic and cultural RUINS.
In our own home, on our own territory, in our own (much reduced) Bharat, we can go an extra 10 miles to show the world how good we are, appeasing, conceding,
We don't mind every mixed marriage resulting in favour of Islam (the Hindu bride must convert to Islam) and we don't recall Partition in order no to offend the Muslims.
We have a NON Hindu President today (we don't mind that) and we may well have a NON Hindu Prime Minister tomorrow (we won't mind that, either), exactly because of such "orphaned Gandhian Sikhs" of EAST Punjab.
And we do not demand, or even expect, to see a HINDU Chief Minister in Lahore or Dhaka. We are "bathed" in the holy waters of "tyaag" (Renunciation). That is why we looked so EASY and TEMPTING to dislodge, from Sindh and North Kashmir.
CONSIDER THE FATE OF PLACES OF BIRTH OF LORD RAMA'S BOTH SONS, LUV AND KUSH. BOTH LAHORE AND KASUR ARE UNDER REPRESSIVE, SEPARATIST, SAVAGE (HINDU/SIKH KILLER) ISLAM. ASK, WHY ARE THESE CITIES ARE NOT IN INDIA TODAY?
REFLECT ON THE FACT THAT THE "GOOD" SIKHS, SERVING FREE FOOD TO ALL IN THEIR GURDWARAS, VANISHED FROM PAKISTAN WITHIN WEEKS OF ITS BIRTH IN 1947. THEY ARE REQUIRED TO APPLY FOR VISA TO VISIT NANKANA SAHIB. A HUMILIATION THEY ACCEPT WITH THE EASE OF BREATHING.
