That I have perused the counter affidavit filed by Shri Randhir Singh, Deputy Secretary (Home), Government of NCT, Delhi. My replications are as here under, Preliminary objections/// I. Aryans are victims of their own Vedic culture, which opposes robbery of the subjects. It restrains State from taxing over and above 16.67% (See Manusmriti 8:308). It provides freedom of worship of any God of one’s choice. See Gita 7:21. Therefore, the eradication of Vedic culture and their followers is the basic need of the dacoit democratic system of regimen of India. Islam and Christianity support subjugation, plunder, and slaughter of Aryans, which are the basic requirements of Union of India./// II. Allah, Jesus, the only son of Jehovah & Democracy support plunder, murder, and rape of women. Either one does not worship Allah alone (Namaz & Koran 21:98) or does not accept Jesus one’s ruler (Bible, Luke 19:27), as such Christians & Muslims are religiously & constitutionally right in murdering their common enemy Aryans because Aryans do not want Jesus to be their king & they do not worship Allah alone. Nay! Christians & Muslims have been provided unfettered fundamental right to conserve their very culture vide Article 29(1) of the Indian Constitution. /// III. Christians are worse than vultures. While vultures eat dead corpses, Christians eat flesh of living son of the man! (Bible John 6:53). Any one who has seen vultures might have knowledge that perching of a single vulture upon a green tree is more than enough to annihilate the tree. One Columbus reached America & annihilated the entire 100 million Red Indians & their Maya culture. One Muhammad eradicated all the three his host tribes of Medina viz. Banu Qainuka, Banu Nazir & Banu Quraiza. One Max Muller annihilated Aryans’ Veds & one Macaulay annihilated Aryans Gurukul & Sanskrit language. Would the human race survive?/// IV. Allah itself is criminal. Allah boasts for being a terrorist. Every High Court & Supreme Court judge & MP & MLA takes of the very Indian Constitution./// VI. Yahveh boasts that he is a jealous god. (Bible Exodus/ Chapter 20 / the Ten Commandments/ Verses 3 & 5). He kills infants. He ravishes women. He robs the territories and possessions of humanity. (Bible Isaiah 13:15-16). Muslims and Christians have just rotated the dining table in the front of Jews./// VII. If ravishing women of alien faith is free from blame (Bible Isaiah 13:15-16) for Jews, then how can Jews refute Muslims & Christians who have been commanded to rape the women of non-Muslims by Allah and women of non-Christians by Jesus' God before the eyes of the men of the victim women (Bible, Isaiah 13:16)? If those worshipping other Gods save Yahveh be killed is justified, (Bible Exodus/ Chapter 20 / the Ten Commandments/ Verses 3 & 5), How can Jews refute Muslims & Christians, who have been commanded by Allah to slay those who do not worship Allah alone, (Koran 2:191, 9:5 & Azan) & Jesus to slay those who do not accept Jesus their king? The best Indian constitution?/// [The fraud of the Indian Constitution starts with the preamble quoted below, “…IN OUR CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY this twenty-sixth day of November 1949, do HEREBY ADOPT, ENACT, AND GIVE TO OURSELVES THIS CONSTITUTION.”//// How the people of India adopted the Indian Constitution?/// IX. This adoption by the people is fraud. The people, who compiled the Constitution, were not elected by the people of Bharat after transfer of power by Jesus. No referendum or plebiscite was ever arranged to obtain the consent of the people about body of the Indian Constitution. Then how the people of Bharat enacted, adopted and given to themselves this guide of usurpers, murderers, rapists, secessionists?/// X. The Indian Constitution has been compiled for eradication of Vedic culture as this culture grants freedom of worship of god of one’s choice. (Gita 7:21). Supports right to property. (Manusmriti 8:308). More over Vedic culture Provides supreme authority and goddess status to women./// XI. Judges take oath of the very Indian Constitution as per the following schedule:-/// THIRD SCHEDULE OF THE Indian Constitution “ Forms of Oaths or affirmations "Form of oath or affirmation to be made by the Judges of the Supreme Court and the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India: XII. I, Y.K. Sabharwal, having been appointed Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India do hereby take oath that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of India as by law established, that I will uphold the sovereignty and integrity of India, that I will duly and faithfully and to the best of my ability, knowledge and judgment perform the duties of my office without fear or favour, affection or ill-will and that I will uphold the Constitution and the laws.’ /// XIII. Judges are not alone. Even the MLAs and MPs take the oath/affirmation of the very Indian Constitution, which has been compiled to eradicate Vedic culture, enslave one and all, and usurp the belongings of the haves. Bearing true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of India and consequences thereof:-/// XIV. What would happen when these Christians and Muslims would fight for the supremacy of their gods? Look! These dogmas have been created to fight for finish. Subjugation of non-Islamic (Koran 8:39) and non-Christian (Bible, Luke 19:27) people, slaughter (Koran 8:17) and rape of women of alien faiths are the cultures of Muslims and Christians. The Article 29(1) of the very Indian Constitution is aiding, abetting, & harbouring the very vulture Muslims & Christians and giving these vulture Muslims & Christians unfettered fundamental right to conserve the very cultures of murder, plunder, rape of women and conversion of Bharat and non Muslim and non Christian people into Islamic and Christian fold!/// XVII. The Indian Constitution is fraud upon human race. Those taking oath of the very Indian Constitution are digging their own graves. Democracy has deprived her citizens from their properties and freedom of faiths./// XXI. For the purpose of usurpation they have granted immunities through black laws viz. Section 197 of the Criminal Procedure Code & Section 80 of the Civil Procedure Code/// XXII. Even judiciary is corrupt. I am telling these things, because I know that my days are numbered. I am already of 72 years. It makes me happy if I die at once instead of facing death at every moment. XXV. But you people are digging your own graves in lust of booty and sex. What would you people give in legacy to your descendents? /// Limitations of Judiciary/// XXVI. There is news of apex court judges. They have shown displeasure over non-execution of their orders by the governments and have suggested closing the judiciary./// XXVII. Judges should not shed crocodile tears. Judiciary revealed her deadly fang no sooner she upheld the snatching of fundamental right to property of the citizens of India, provided vide Article 31 (now omitted since 20-6-1979). The right was snatched by amending the Article 31 by the house of dacoits named Parliament./// XXVIII. Judges have no right to sit in the chair of justice as they take oath of faith & allegiance in that Indian Constitution, the Article 29(1) of which provides Muslims & Christians unfettered fundamental right to conserve their cultures which essentially are murder, plunder, and rape of women of non-Muslims & non-Christians!/// XXIX. Judges have no power to abolish Azan & Namaz although these incite hatred between Muslims and Non-Muslims & are non bail able & cognizable offence u/s 153 of the Indian Penal Code. No police can register complaint against Muslims and no court can try the offences for want of sanction under Section 196 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The sanctioning authorities are President of India & Governors of States. This immunity has been granted to Muslims to ensure eradication of Vedic culture./// XXX. In fact, while insulting Vedic culture and Ishwar has legal and Constitutional support, writing in protest against abuses and insults by Muslims, attract prosecutions. One is being beaten by police & consigned in judicial custody by judiciary. Muslim clergies promulgate FATWA. Nay! Any fanatic may slay such writer./// XXXI. Since 26-5-2005 I am demanding for the ban on Azan & Namaz. Like revered Shri Subhash Chandra Bose, I am not demanding the bloods of citizens. I am asking for the support of non-Muslims for their own survival./// XXXII. The situation is alarming. On the first sight of this issue, Dy. Home Secretary, Press, would get irritated. He would immediately sanction my prosecution. Police would immediately arrest me. POLICE would beat me till I am conscious. Thereafter, she would produce me before that Raj Rani Mitra MM, who has been torturing me so far, because I am fighting to protect her honour. She would be pleased to remand me in judicial custody. It would insure her rape by Muslims. Nay! After reading this magazine, Sanjeev Gupta of Dainik Jagran would swing in action. Treading on the foot steps of his hell consigned father Narendra Mohan, he would immediately file a criminal complaint against me. So that his secular Muslims may rape his women, rob him and eradicate his Vedic culture./// XXXIII. Judges have nothing to do with justice. They have to implement laws passed by the Legislative body. The Legislative body has long back compiled the Indian Constitution and has accepted Criminal Procedure Code./// XXXIV. Among many black Articles, the Indian Constitution has two notorious Articles viz. 29(1) and 39(c). While Article 29(1) has deprived citizens from their lands, lives, women, right of worship, the Article 39(c) provides Governments monopoly to usurp the belongings of citizens. Similarly, while Muslims are free to abuse Ishwar and promote hatred between Muslims and non-Muslims, the police cannot arrest Muslims and judges cannot try Muslims u/s 196 of the Criminal Procedure Code/// XXXV. In fact, judges have been deputed to ensure their own slaughter, rape of their women and plunder of their belongings. How a judge, who cannot save himself, would save the litigants? They have further been deputed to help Governments usurp the belongings of the citizens under Articles 31A, 39(c), and 300A./// XXXVI. The proceedings of judges start with the extortion of Rs. 5 towards ‘BHENT’ and ends with fixing next date without any action. Bail is not right of citizens. It is given against extortion of any amount which a litigant can afford to pay./// XXXVII. Even in Allahabad High Court there is more alarming corruption. There is a chief judge named Ajoy Nath Ray. He has been deputed by Kasai Kalam to extort money either by hook or crook. Under the command of Kasai Kalam no judge can fix a date in any case in Allahabad High Court. Dates are fixed by the registrar office. The registrar has direction to not to fix any date unless a litigant pays between Rs. 100 to 500 for fixing dates. This money is deposited with the very Ajoy Nath Ray, who distributes the share of booty among Kasai Kalam, thief of Aamer Fort Treasury Sonia the Super PM & his entire staff.////// XXXVIII. High Courts cannot punish revenue staff for interpolation of records. They cannot punish executives i.e. dictator proletariat for violation of their own orders. Parawise replications/// 2. That it is false to suggest that any pamphlet was pasted by the petitioner. I am editor of Registered News Magazine named ‘MUJAHANA’. I publish 4000 copies of my issue every week and mail and distribute them for wide publicity to make the people aware of the potential danger to the human race due to presence of two criminal religions and cultures viz. Christianity and Islam. The impugned FIR was deliberately filed by the usurper and butcher Government of NCT, Delhi with ulterior motives to eradicate Vedic culture and get Aryans either converted or slain. No sanction u/s 196 Criminal Procedure Code was granted at the time of my arrest. No investigation was carried over. My Fujitsu Note-Book computer was deliberately spoiled by the Police in collusion with the judiciary. Had there impartial investigation been conducted, the culprit would had been found to be Koran, Bible and the Indian Constitution for the reasons quoted below:-/// a. First I am reproducing below Section 153-A of the Indian Penal Code under which the impugned FIR was registered. “153-A. Promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language, etc., and doing acts prejudicial to maintenance of harmony.- (1) Whoever- “(a) by words, either spoken or written, or by signs or by visible representations or otherwise, promotes or attempts to promote, on ground of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language, caste, or community or any other ground whatsoever, disharmony or feeling of enmity, hatred or ill-will between different religious, racial, language or regional groups or castes or communities, .../// “shall be punished with imprisonment which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both./// 3. In their Mosques, Muslims shout on loud speaker Azan, "Allahu Akbar." and "La Ilah Illallahu Muhammadur RasulAllahu" Words "Allahu Akbar." literally mean: Allah is Supreme. The salient features of this supreme Allah are available in Koran quoted in the Annexure-1 attached with this writ petition. Again the words "La Ilahlillallahu, Muhammadur RasulAllahu." literally mean: 'Allah alone can be worshipped-Muhammad is his messenger'. The attached Annexure 1 reveals as to what behavior the Muslims is commanded to adopt against those who worship other gods including or excluding Allah?/// 4. However, the Home Secretary, Government of NCT, Delhi and his police did not find the Azan of Muslims inciting disharmony or feeling of enmity, hatred or ill will, on the grounds of religion, between different religious, racial, language or regional groups or castes or communities! Nay! Indian Judiciary has upheld Koran & Bible religious books and further held that no court can sit on judgment on Koran and Bible. Chandmal Chopra V/s State of WB, 297/1985./// 5. The contention of the police might be the article published in issue 42 of 'Mujahana' regarding Status of women in Islam and Christianity. Sex and booty are two incentives that helped spread of Christianity and Islam. This Hon'ble Court is prayed to try Muftis, Imams, Maulavies, Sunday school teachers, Gideon, Father to rebut the verses of Koran and Bible mentioned in attached Annexure-1. The Annexure-1 narrates status of women like Anju Gupta Rizvi who are breeding their own enemies. The petitioner squarely admits that he has insulted Anju Gupta Rizvi, because she (Anju Gupta Rizvi) has insulted Vedic Sanatan Culture, demoralized her clan and family and married a traitor Muslim. She has no idea as to what has she done? She would breed enemies of human race. Her male children would abuse humanity by crying Azan and reciting Namaz. Her female children would breed her own enemies. Her spouse Rizvi has full right to throw her out of her house after reciting 'Talak' thrice and this Hon'ble Court can't take any action against this enemy of human race. Unlike a Hindu spouse, Rizvi would not even pay maintenance. Anju would again be burden upon exchequer i.e. the money of the petitioner extorted by the NCT of Delhi & Union of India./// The dignity and chastity of no woman is safe as per Bible and Koran. Status of Woman in Christianity and Islam with the collusion of the Indian Constitution./// Extracted from Bible Deuteronomy/ Chapter 20 / Verse 14 14. “As for the women, the children, the livestock and everything else in the city, you may take these as plunder for yourselves. And you may use the plunder the LORD your God gives you from your enemies.(Literally non-Christians)/// Extracted from Bible, Old Testament, Isaiah/ Chapter 13 / Verses 16./// 16. Their (Literally non-Christians) infants will be dashed to pieces before their (Literally non-Christians) own eyes; their (Literally non-Christians) houses will be looted and their (Literally non-Christians) wives ravished./// Tell me how the P.O. of this Hon'ble Court & prosecution would feel if his infants would be dashed to pieces before his own eyes and his women would be ravished by a peace loving Christian? Now read about the religion of Kasai Kalam, who is otherwise the employer of the P.O. of this Hon'ble Court. Extracted from Koran, Surat The Cow (2) Verse 223. “2:223. Your women are a tilth for you ...” The sons are legitimate owners of the tilth of fathers. Still a Muslim condemns neither Koran & Allah nor intercourses with his mother. Similarly Koran exhorts Muslims for war 2:216, legitimates booty (Koran 8:1 & 41) and the rape of women of alien faiths (Koran 4:24; 23:6; 33:50 & 70:30). Nay! Koran teaches treachery with motherland 2:255./// Extracted from Koran, Surat Al-Anbiyya(23): Verses 05-06 & -07 “5. Who guards their modesty.” The very Koran of Fahd reports in the footnote, “The Muslim must guard himself against every kind of sex abuse or sex perversion. The new psychology associated with the name of Freud traces many of our hidden motives to sex, and it is common knowledge that our refinement or degradation may be measured by the hidden workings of our sex instincts. But even the natural and lawful exercise of sex is restricted to the marriage bond, under which the rights of both parties are duly regulated and maintained.” Extracted from the Koran of King Fahd, the custodian of two mosques Mecca and Madinah. In fact intercourse with concubine, whose near and dear had been slain and their properties looted, who is helpless, is heinous crime and sin both. This is insult of humanity and womanhood. Protection of Interests of Minorities-(1) Any section of the citizens residing in the territories of India or any part thereof having a distinct language, script, or culture of its own shall have the right to conserve the same.’’ The one of the real meanings of CULTURE as mentioned in Webster Dictionary is, ' the customary beliefs, social forms, and material traits of a racial, religious, or social group' Therefore, there cannot be second opinion that Muslims and Christians have been granted unfettered fundamental right to conserve their culture i.e. to establish the kingdom of their criminal Allah and criminal Jesus through Jihad and Mission. Moreover, what for are these kingdoms? To subjugate, slay, plunder, convert Aryans, and rape their women. I am feeling pity for the P.O. of this High Court, because the P.O. has taken oath to depose faith and allegiance in the very Indian Constitution. Morally he has no right to oppose Christians and Muslims and their cultures. Nay! Even the President of India Kalam, Manmohan and Super Prime Minister Sonia have taken same oath of the very Constitution, which has been compiled to help conserve the criminal cultures of Islam and Christianity, who have not spared any territory and culture of the world! Remember! This is the last refuge for Aryans. Whenever and wherever the humanity was in danger, might they be Jews, Baudh, Sikhs, or even Parsis, she got shelter in Bharat.
