STOP NITPICKING –IT IS TIME FOR ACTION \\\\\\\\\\\\\ Call it Baba Ram Dev, Call it Anna Hazare, call it civil society, call it the public, In fact just call it India. India is fed up with corruption. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Call it black money stashed abroad, call it the black economy, call it political corruption or corrupt politics of MPs voting or asking questions or speaking inside parliament or assemblies, for a consideration, Call it crony capitalism by ministers and bureaucrats, Call it an unholy nexus between politicians, Babus, businessmen and criminals, call it corruption in high places, political , judiciary or bureaucratic. Whether it thrives within the knowledge of the PM, or of Sonia, or of Yaduarappa or with their active participation. Call it what you like . It is corruption and it is ruining our India. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ India wants black money to be ploughed back into productive economic activity. India wants black money stashed abroad to return as our national wealth. India wants further flight of money abroad or further generation of black money to stop. India wants the corrupt to be brought to justice regardless of who he or she or it, is. India wants our laws and agencies to be responsive and accountable. In the process, if it is the form and substance of our democracy that is coming in the way of stopping this cancer, then India wants the constitution to be suitably amended and re written if necessary. \\\\\\\\\\\\\ India wants corruption to go and Good governance, to come. This is not a fight against Sonia, Manmohan, Yaduarappa, Raja or Kalmadi . It is not a fight against The Congress, the BJP, or the BSP etc. The issue is much bigger than these entities which we the voting or Non voting people have caused to mount our backs. The issue is certainly much bigger than the Tatas, swans, Radias and Balwas. It is a war against the system that permits, enables, encourages and protects the plunderers. \\\\\\\\\\\\ It is not Anna’s battle or Baba Ram dev’s nor of Kiran, Kejriwal, Bhushans, Justice Verma or justice Vekatacheliah. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\ It is not a war of the apolitacals alone. It is India’s war. After all, not all politicians or even all bureaucrats are corrupt by choice. Even of people who under compulsion or expediency have partaken in the systemic corruption in the past and wish to redeem themselves by coming clean should join and be welcomed to join the cadres. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ This can not be a battle for the turf. It is not Ramdev against Anna. It is a case of 1 and 1 making 11. The aim is big, The enemy is hidden, strong, entrenched and cunning. The Battle has to be big and therefore our forces must be bigger. \\\\\\\\\\\\ We must stop nitpicking and Join Action .
