The airline has also submitted to the Chief Justice a video clip allegedly showing Verma abusing the airline staff and defying CISF personnel.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Below are the statement of the Indigo staff and the airline’s letter to the Chief Justice. -- \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\Statement of Mr Bablu Z. Jatti - Asst. Manager (Security) This is to bring in your kind attention that during arrival of IndiGo flight 6E-342(LKO/PAT/CCU) at Patna Airport on 2nd November 2011, passenger named Mr P.C Verma, Judge of Patna High Court, while disembarking the aircraft, asked his protocol officer who was standing at ladder-1, to board the aircraft and retrieve his hand baggage from the overhead bin in the aircraft. Our airline security staff Mr Dheeraj Kumar who was deployed at ladder-1 of the aircraft, stopped the protocol officer (since the protocol officer does not fall within the ambit of an “authorised person having a legitimate reason to enter the aircraft” as per BCAS guidelines) and replied to Mr Verma that his baggage would be delivered in minute as disembarkation was going on.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ As his protocol officer was not allowed to board the aircraft, Mr. Verma started using abusive language against Mr Dheeraj. Mr Verma also started physically assaulting Mr Dheeraj at ramp in front of all passengers, staff and CISF. I intervened and requested Mr Dheeraj to return to the terminal building immediately.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ When I politely spoke with Justice Verma, he, in turn, he also tried to assault me. He threw down my walkie talkie set along with my duty mobile which was broken. Later Mr Verma was stopped by the CISF personnel present at the ramp, upon which, he asked the CISF personnel to arrest all the IndiGo staff and put them behind bars. He was running on the ramp area and was verbally and physically abusive towards anyone trying to approach him.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ He was later escorted by the CISF personnel to the terminal building after great effort. It is a breech of security and he should have been arrested right away on the spot for beating-up and breaking radio endangering the safety of passengers and crew. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\If Indian Babus do not become civilize and continue to exhibit Ravanical qualities, filled with top most arrogance, ego, harsh behavior, due to holding some sort of power and position of a certain tiny “Mice Hole” area, they will sink the boat of India soon. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ If this judge had done this kind of behavior in the USA, he would have been behind the bar indefinitely for insulting the security and manhandling. If every arrogant puffed up Indian Babus start behaving like the way this arrogant Verma had done, what will be the fate of the country? \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ He expected entire crew of airline to be arrested for his own criminal behavior. Why did he not carry his own luggage from the airplane? Everyone carries around the globe. This mentality of expecting a servant to carry his hand bag is strange & irresponsible. Security should have put him on hold regardless of his position. To beat someone and to destroy radio is criminal. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ AN EXAMPLE MUST BE SET FOR OTHER ARROGANT PUFFED-UP BABUS: He should be removed immediately from his judge seat by his very irrational mind. You don't arrest anyone for his own criminal behavior. He wanted every crew person of the airline to be arrested for his own criminal action. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ REMEMBER: This kind of a puffed-up arrogant person can not give the right judgment to anyone. We feel strongly, Verma is heavily bribed in passing judgments against the non-guilty parties and must be using heavy hammer against the innocent. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ His total irrational criminal mischief must not allow Verma to hold a responsible position as a judge and he must be fired immediately from the bench. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ He is irrational and very puffed-up for a holding judge position in a certain “Mice Hole Area.” Look at the World Map and his area is like a “Mice Hole” in comparison to the World Map. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ If every rat starts doing Choo Choo, how can we ever run sincerely for a strong India? Judge Verma must realize that he among one of the millions of “Choo Choo” of a tiny Mice Hole Areas in this world – it is invisible. Expects the entire world is under his command! \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ These Anglicized Indian Babus are terribly mischievous & misbehaved. These Babus are very ignorant in history, world’s politics and totally against literacy and progress. These self-centered breed believe that to have bribe is their JANAM SIDH ADHIKAR. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ If you walk to any office in the USA, they will attend to you kindly with respect and get your work quickly, not let you linger on for a moment. These Indian rascal Babus maintain the same behavioral trend but the irony is that that they are behaving to their very own people whose Indian ancestors had fought British to Free India and handed down that Free India on a great “Trust and Faith” to Indian Babus and leaders.
