CONTRIBUTED\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\MURDER BY STATE: JASPAL SINGH\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\INDIAN DEMOCRACY BY GUNS \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Mourned an elderly Sikh who was orphaned as a child in the civil war of 1947 that resulted in the unconditional surrender of West Punjab and East Bengal to the enemy and whose nephew was killed by the "mercenary" Indian army in Amritsar in June 1984, “We are all suffering the consequences of having the world’s WORST leaders. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ However, the blame for inviting continuous disasters must also be shared equally by the PEOPLE (electorate) who choose “donkeys” to do the job of “lions”. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ 18 YEAR OLD JASPAL SINGH AND 85 YEAR OLD PARKASH SINGH BADAL. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ http://www.thisisleicestershire.co.uk/Shot-student-s-family-demand-inquiry/story-15693954-detail/story.html \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ South Korea is a newly independent country like India. It is also partitioned with disputed borders and there is tension with North Korea. But despite all the problems it has made tremendous progress in every field. It has laid particular emphasis on youth development and EDUCATION. Schools and universities are producing excellent engineers, manufacturers, exporters, doctors, teachers, scientists and researchers. Said one head, introducing his school to a group of foreigners, “From this school we send out world leaders.” \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\That sentence went deep into my mind and my chest swelled up with thrill and happiness to see such excellent teachers who love their students and vocation, and aim to send out the world leaders”. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ It was natural for me to think of my own decomposing Broken Bharat and the ruined Punjab in turmoil and disorder, suffering from decades of neglect under one political Party and one corrupt Dynasty at Centre who seem to have the “Divine Right” to rule & misrule for ever. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ As a result there is widespread discontentment among the people who are controlled by intimidation, suppression and State terror. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ One instance was the malicious Operation “Blue Star” launched by the Indian army in June 1984. It was timed to coincide with a major religious festival in order to inflict maximum number of casualties and structural damage to the priceless and unique historical structures. It resulted in the assassination of Maimuna Begum, the prime minister of India known by her Hindu name, “Indira Gandhi”. Hardly anyone knows that she converted to Islam upon marrying a Sunni Muslim called “Feroze Khan”. [http://www.vepachedu.org/Nehrudynasty.html \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ With unconcealed malice and contempt, her son Rajiv “Gandhi”, encouraged widespread massacre of the Sikhs, comparing those murdered to the “leaves scattered by storm”. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Despite the fact that the survivors have named the killers and the instigators, no arrest and prosecution has taken place, what to say of capital punishment for the murderers, arsonists and looters who are free to roam the streets, provoking and frustrating the Sikhs even further. But the government was quick to arrest and jail one Balwant Singh who shot at the stooge chief minister of Punjab who was busy killing the Sikh youths, pursuing the policies of Centre. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Balwant Singh has been in jail for 17 years, only to hear of his final date of hanging on March 31, 2012. Stay orders are now in force as a result of widespread popular protests all over the world but he still remains in jail. Naturally the people are incensed at this one sided blind justice system in India. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Jaspal Singh,18, was protesting peacefully when he was shot dead by the police on Thursday March 29, 2012, in the city of Gurdaspur. He was doing the right thing in the right way and did not have to die for his peaceful protest. The police did not have to MURDER him. His killing exposes the Indian political system in true light. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Sikhs were created during the darkest period of Indian history when the Hindus were persecuted savagely and their girls were auctioned and paraded naked in the bazars of Kabul, Kandahar and Ghazni in Afghanistan. They were required to pay Jazia tax for their safety and could not ride a horse or carry a sword. Any Turk or Afghan who abducted or raped a Hindu female was exempt from arrest or punishment. As if by a miracle, the Sikhs rose to defend and protect the persecuted. Guru Gobind Singh, their spiritual guide and leader said, "INHEEN KI KIRPA SE SAJJAY HUM HAIN!", to honour his followers. Mr. PS Badal, the Chief Minister on Union Territory, ("exiled" from Punjab by Centre) has forgotten this. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Guru Gobind Singh turned the “Jackals into LIONS” when he said, "Sawaa Laakh se ek ladaaoon." He showed the world as to how precious even ONE Sikh was. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Now the same Sikhs have been compared by their rulers to “dry leaves scattered by wind”. In the eyes of the Punjab police last Wednesday JASPAL SINGH was cut down in the prime of youth like dry wood. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ So the murder of Jaspal Singh by the brutalised, ill trained & ill-disciplined police in Punjab under Mr. Badal's rule means a big loss to India's defence potential that is already a vulgar JOKE considering that neither North Kashmir nor EAST Bengal now lies within his secular India. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ With ONE Dynasty providing the rulers over several generations democracy in India is non-existent. Under such a “government by Fraud, Deception and Terror” the worth of a citizen is close to zero. How likely is, therefore, the Chief Minister of Punjab to mourn the death of an innocent young lad? \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Now let us look at a couple of similar cases elsewhere in the world when a citizen was shot dead. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ In England after the police shot dead one alleged drug dealer the whole of London erupted in looting and arson last year. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ When the Greek police shot dead a young man, there, too, were violent public protests, looting and arson across Athens and other towns. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ In the USA when Trayvon Martin, an unarmed 17 year old boy, was shot dead by a community watch coordinator on February 26, 2012, President Obama openly condemned the killing and said, "If I had a son he would look like Trayvon Martin." Did Prime Minister Manmohan Singh or Chief Minister PS Badal “see” their own sons in Jaspal Singh? Did they even come up to attend his funeral? \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ SHAME on these “fake” Sikhs who are seen unfit to lead the Sikhs or the State. We ought especially to condemn the chief minister of Punjab who hasn't even the self-esteem to defy the Centre and move his Secretariat to PATIALA and declare it the capital of Punjab till Chandigarh, the subject of dispute and contention for decades, finally comes in his state. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ What kind of government do the cursed people of PARTITIONED INDIA (BROKEN BHARAT) have? \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Now let us think of this young martyr and ask, “How are the honourable Sikhs in Punjab, and elsewhere, going to perpetuate the memory of Martyr Jaspal Singh?” ================================= 000000000
