YOU HAVE AT THE TOP IN THREE SERVICES AND KNOW IN REAL TERMS AS TO WHAT AILS OUR FORCES, WHAT ARE THE IMPEDIMENTS ,LACK OF ARMAMENTS, FIGHTERS ETC-plagued by babus in MOD for commissions etc- WHAT PREVENTS OUR FORCES TO GO AFTER INVADERS AND INTERNAL ARMED WAR BY MAOISTS/NAXALITES. AT THE SAME TIME PROBLEMS OF EX-SERVICEMEN.
A DOZEN OR SO FROM THREE SERVICES SHOULD COME TOGETHER, PREPARE A PAPER . THEN A DELEGATION WITH SUCH REPORT SHOULD SUBMIT TO THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA. LATER AFTER COMING OUT INFORMING PEOPLE THROUGH PRESS AND MEDIA THROUGH A PRESS CONFERENCE AFTER DISTRIBUTING THE COPIES OF THE REPORT/PETITION , RAIGHT OUTSIDE RASHTRAPATI BHAWAN. AND THEN TO DEF MINISTER AND PRESIDENT OF PRINCIPAL OPPOSITION PARTY RESQUESTING FOR RAISING IN RS AND LS.

1. The problem with our forces guarding the borders is that for every action, they have to take the permission/ orders from MOD or COAS. Unless they get the orders, even the local commandant cannot take unilateral decision to fire and stop the infiltrant terrorists.
2. There was a news item that MOD has ordered investigations to why the infiltrators were not stopped and could enter up to 400m into our territory. Is it not paradoxical that such instructions are contradictory, when units cannot decide on unilateral action?
3. How can you blame our armed forces for not taking prompt action when they were waiting for orders from Delhi and the terrorists had already occupied safe houses and locations from where they could fight the Indian forces, and already 12 days have passed and still the Pak. infiltrators are in our soil?
4. MOD should not meddle with the decisions to be taken at the spot when such incursions take place. The Home and Extl. Affairs Ministers are accustomed to term infiltrations and occupation of our territories as "No Man's Land" or a "pimple on the cheek of a girl needing a cream to remove it"

Veterans should demand crossing of LOC and going behind infiltrators and for retrieving POK
Ref:- (i)- Veterans should demonstrate & take public meetings across India, for demanding proper military action
(ii)- President said that infiltrators in J&K being backed by Pakistan Govt / Military
(iii)- If Rahul shows same tantrum on LOC crossing & retrieve of POK (as he successfully showed on ordinance), it will be effective.
(iv)- I offer my services for mobilizing Veterans to organize such demonstrations / public meetings
Rarely comes a time when a particular profession can cure its chronic illness. For Armed Forces of India, a country which is suffering from immense chronic martial deficiency (as manifested in Kashmir problem too in addition to other problems regarding China, N-E etc) this is THE time when Pakistan (which attacked India in 1947, 1948, 1965, 1971, during Kargil and through on-going Proxy war to take Kashmir, militarily) can be paid back in the same coins and the reputation & credibility of Indian military establishment can be restored, if Veterans politically constrain Government of India (GOI) to send military by crossing LOC in India’s own territory of POK, as given below :-
(1)- For the last 11 days Indian military is trying (as per Army Chief General Bikram Singh’s interview on Friday) to neutralize dozens of infiltrators who have come in Keran Sector of J&K. As per media reports (quoting military sources) firing is going on (this infiltration attack is in addition to another attack on September, 26 at Samba, Khatua where 12 Indian soldiers, police men and civilians were killed).
(2)- On Friday President the Supreme Commander of Indian Armed Forces Pranab Mukherjee also during an interview to a TV Channel at Brussels, said that these infiltrators (so-called non-State actors) are backed by Pakistan (its Government and military / ISI) because they do not come from heaven rather come from the territory under control / occupation of Pakistan. Moreover after interviews of President and Army Chief, third infiltration has also taken place in Keran sector of J&K, which proves that Indian Military and its Supreme Commanders does not inspire any respect & awe in militarily aggressive Pakistan.
(3)- It does not require an expert on military matters that what President & Army Chief said amounts to an act of War by Pakistan against India. Therefore if India does not order it’s military to cross the LOC and does not go behind the infiltrators [rather continue to pursue the same non-martial approach (of not crossing LOC) as it pursued during Kargil] and if it does not retrieve India’s territory of POK from where all these aggressions of Pakistan are taking place then India has no legal and moral right to remain a State (which essentially is supposed to have sovereignty conscious martial element in it).
(4)- In order to rectify the chronic martial deficiency of Indian State, the military Veterans of India (who demonstrate and come on platforms of public meetings for their various legally and morally permissible legitimate demands) are morally expected to take the lead to demonstrate and organize public meetings (with other patriotic Indians under banner of Veterans) all over India to demand from GOI that the military of India should be ordered to cross the LOC and go behind the infiltrators not only to liquidate these infiltrators but also in order to teach a lesson to the Pakistani Government and its military / ISI by retrieving POK so that they do not dare to do this again.
(5)- It will be very effective, if Veterans, in these demonstrations & public meetings, also appeal to Rahul Gandhi to show same tantrum (on this LOC crossing & retrieve of POK) as he successfully did on ordinance. This will make it easy for GOI to issue orders to Indian Military to cross the LOC and go behind the infiltrators for liquidating the enemy and for retrieving POK.
(6)- Rahul Gandhi should have no problem in it because this would raise the political stature of Rahul Gandhi immensely due to this patriotic intervention. Moreover grateful India will bless him and will give him bonus of immense goodwill.
On my part, I offer my services for mobilizing Veterans to organize such demonstrations / public meetings and for this purpose I am prepared to go any where to meet the Veterans in person at Bengaluru (where presently I am) or in other parts of Karnataka or any where in India
