Today time is telling and tomorrow recorded history will be telling to next generation how MPs (people's representative) behaved. However, as of today India Government and it's mechanics has failed to serve the humanity in the land of Ram, Krishna, Budh, Mahavir, Gurunanak, etc.
The shame is not a rubber stamp, it is a termite like creatures which eats human soul, God feels insulted and leaves that soul.
