INTELLIGENCE SOURCES SAY THAT MORE AND MORE INDIAN JIHADISTS JOINING/SUPPORTING ISAMIC STATE (IS)
On March 6, one more radical Jihadist Sultan Abdul Kadir Armar, 39, from Bhatkal town in Karnataka was killed in Syria.
“His intense urge to establish Islam forced him to leave behind his loved ones and seek Allah’s pleasure and eternal paradise,” says the statement.
In the videos produced by Ansar al-Tauhid, he had invited Indian Muslims to train at jihad camps in Pakistan’s North Waziristan.
“Rise,” he said in one speech, “like Ahmad Shah Abdali and Muhammad ibn-Qasim, like Syed Ahmad the martyr, like the Prophet and his companions, take the Quran in one hand and the sword in the other, and head to the fields of jihad”.
His alma mater, the Nadwat-ul-Ullema seminary, has emerged as a hub of pro-IS theology. Last year, influential seminarian Maulana Salman al-Husaini Nadwi wrote a letter hailing IS leader Ibrahim Awad al-Badri as the Amir ul-Momineen, or commander of the faithful. In the letter, al-Husaini urged jihadist groups to bury their differences and unite behind al-Badri “as long as he follows Allah’s sharia”.
Jihadists are spewing venom against entire humanity on Islamic websites. Specifically, the peril to India’s internal security is assuming an alarming proportion. The situation is fraught with dangerous consequences. The aim of these Jihadists is to Islamize India. Hence it is absolutely essential on the part of the Government of India to devise stringent measures to nip in bud the sinister and diabolical designs of Jihadists to destabilize and balkanize India.
