“[The Human Rights NGO ‘Veterans of India’ (VOI) shall be registered and launched with its own website in second week of February, 2013 at Bhopal. Any adult Indian citizen male or female who wants to become member of VOI and / or wants to get the Constitution of VOI can contact Veteran Major Prabhakar Singh ( at A-3, Fortune Delight, Ahmed Pur, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal- 462026, Mob -9584002277. The VOI shall be restricted membership organization and shall have in any State 30 % membership from retired and representatives of serving members of Military (Army, Navy, Air Force), 25 % membership from retired and representatives of serving members of para - Military forces under Union of India, 15 % membership from the retired from the service of State and remaining 30 % membership from the general people. Apart from problems related to (i)- Retirement benefits of Veterans of Military and para - Military members of VOI and (ii)- General Human Rights problems across India, the VOI shall specifically strive to solve the problems of (iii)- Hundreds of Thousands of Displaced Kashmiri Pundits by also retrieving POK within two years (iv)- ‘Naxalite terrorism’ infesting one third territory of India and (v)- Expulsion of tens of millions of illegal immigrants in North - East etc and shall work for (vi)- Human Rights of ‘Economic-Freedom’ through Rural Employment Guarantee Programs of Union & States which will be useful for solving problem of Naxalite terrorism too and shall run (vii)- Health & Education Institutions all over Rural and Urban India on the basis of ‘capital on charity’ (with shares of charity as in public limited companies) & ‘revenue from fees’. The VOI shall also support candidates in elections for Parliament, Legislative Bodies and Local Bodies from various political parties and independents, who shall promise to work for realizing the objectives of VOI.
