If India has to develop like Germany and Japan, she must ABOLISH the curse of the hated repressive colonial era called the "baboos" (OFFICE CLERKS) who are the biggest hindrance to progress & prosperity.
They are responsible for KILLING the spirit of adventure and innovation, and torture the citizens mentally through red tape, corruption, arrogance and laziness. If India cannot abolish her BABOOS then the government must make every baboo sign an oath as follows:
OATH OF THE BABOOS:
"I shall never discourage or hinder the citizens or put obstacles in their ways or take my own time in dealing with public. But I will receive every citizen with a genuine smile, and sincerely encourage, facilitate, help, support and advance everyone who approaches me."
Incidentally, another PARASITE in the Indian ruling system, too, needs urgent reform- the "rubber stamp" Rashtrapati. We had one called Giani ZAIL Singh under whose "command" the army attacked Golden Temple and killed FIVE TIMES the number of those killed at Jallianwala Bagh in 1919 by the British rulers.
In 1984 those HUNDREDS who were killed were the INNOCENT congregation, including families, gathered for "Gurpurb" (martyrdom of Guru Arjun Devji) when the "political WITCH" struck, and Hindusthan watched!
Hindusthan also watched when Rajiv Khan sent his military to kill the TAMILS (of Indian origin) in Sri Lanka.
And Hindusthan also watched (like EUNUCHS) when the Kashmiri Pandits were given the ISLAMIC BOOT in Srinagar! Even the President (so-called SUPREME Commander) did not show up in Srinagar to protect a family or their daughters! Hence the proposed Oath of the Rashtrapati (President) as follows:-
OATH OF THE PRESIDENT:
"I SHALL ENSURE THE SAFETY, DIGNITY AND HONOUR OF EVERY HINDU MAN & WOMAN IN HINDUSTHAN. IN CASE ANY HINDU IS FORCED OUT OF HIS HOME (as in SRINAGAR, for example!), I WILL LEAVE THE LUXURIOUS OLD VICEROY'S HOUSE BUT MOVE TO "BHANGI COLONY" & STAY THERE UNTIL HE (OR SHE) IS BACK IN HIS HOUSE AND LIVES IN SAFETY."
NB: In the case of Bharat, the President lived in his "Imperial Palace" for THREE DECADES while the Kashmiri Pandits, his fellow citizens and his fellow Hindus, lived in wilderness & fear! Should he not be put on trial? What kind of a Supreme Commander is he? "Indian" version?

PS: The new Constitution of Hindusthan must make the President "relate" to the suffering Pandits. In Congress & Dynasty era they looked at the dying / fleeing Pandits through the eyes of Mohammed bin Qasim!
